About Dee

Prior to starting in real estate, I worked for 30 years in high tech electronic manufacturing. With an industrial engineering background, I specialized in facility planning, process control, and trained quality management and customer service skills. After leaving in 1994, I worked in vocational schools as a financial aid officer and compliance manager. Eventually I decided that I could use all of my customer service and training skills as a realtor.

Every week, I spend many hours previewing homes for sell, tracking the local housing market and mortgage rates. This provides me with the knowledge to advise my clients on how to find and purchase the home that meets their needs, with the best value.

My background in training has been invaluable in educating first time home buyers on the processes and pitfalls of home buying. My goal is to help them get into a first home they can afford and love without straining the family budget.
Assisting home owners who are ready to downsize has become a major part of my business. Finding the right home, whether it’s a condo, townhouse or rambler is critical, especially as we start to reduce our possessions to fit the smaller home. I can share my personal experience in this area.

It is always a joy in working with the homebuyer who is ready to move up to a larger or newer home as the family grows. I strive to find that perfect home in the ideal neighborhood and school district, at the right price. With lots of patience and knowledge I will succeed in finding you the ideal home.
